The award-winning festival returns from 25th May through to the 1st June 2024.
Come and see us and find up to 100 scarecrows on the scarecrow trail throughout the villages of Chillerton and Gatcombe. Entry is FREE!

There will once again be a people’s vote for the most popular scarecrow, so a chance to participate in the Island’s quirkiest festival. Scarecrow maps will be available from the Village Hall and Gallybagger Inn.
Aunt Sally’s Tearoom will be open each day for a cup o’ tea an’ a slice o’ cake from 11am to 4pm for refreshments and snacks.
The Gallybagger Inn will also open Saturday 25th May, Sunday 26th May and Saturday 1st June from midday to 4pm with live music acts each day. It will also be open evenings from 7pm on both Saturdays, Monday, Thursday (Folk night) and Friday (Bingo)…with the addition of live Music on the Saturday evenings.
