The Island's largest garden fair returned for one of their most successful weekends yet.
The 22nd fair, hosted more than 170 Island and mainland nursery, garden and craft exhibitors, live falconry displays, dogs shows, magic shows, live music, kayaking around the moat and much more.
The Wolverton Manor Garden Fair committee were delighted to present a cheque to local charity Age UK Isle of Wight for £33,000 at a thank you coffee morning for all of their hard working volunteers that supported the weekend.
Jane Patterson, AgeUKIW Patron, said:
“We are delighted with the amount raised this year. The money will be put to good use, providing older Islanders who have no one else to turn to, with vital help and support.
"Thank you so much to all of our volunteers and to everyone that attended making this our most successful show to date.”
Wolverton Manor Garden Fair was kindly supported by Hose Rhodes Dickson, NFU Mutual, IOW Observer, Utilita, Matrix Create and Red Funnel Ferries.
