A crash involving three vehicles saw the dual carriageway grind to a halt this morning (Wednesday)
Police were called at 8:44am to reports of a collision involving three vehicles on the dual carriageway into Newport.
Tailbacks of up to half an hour have been reported, although the traffic flow is gradually improved since.
No injuries have been reported.
