KFC in Newport has closed for a refurbishment — and won't be reopening until next month (May).
The fast food restaurant, based at Furrlongs, is undergoing an upgrade.
A KFC Spokesperson said:
“Fear not fried chicken fans of Newport…We’re just giving our restaurant a little TLC and will be back at the fryers in a shiny new coop mid-May!”
In the meantime, the nearest KFC store can be found in Lake.
