Firefighters are tackling a fire at a flat in Oakfield this evening (Tuesday).
Two crews — one from Sandown and one from Newport — have been attendance at a property in Oak Vale.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service has said it received a call-out at 3.44pm.
The appliance from Sandown has since left the scene.
No one is believed to have been hurt, the fire service said.
