A crash has closed part of Newport's Fairlee Road this morning (Friday).
There are major delays heading into Newport as a result.
It's understood a pedestrian is involved at Binfield corner.
Police say there are no serious injuries and they are working to get the road fully reopened.
The incident is said to have happened near the Whippingham cycle track, and bus stop.
Paramedics from the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service are in attendance.
