A bus passenger has sustained what's been described as a 'minor' injury to their knee following a crash in Cowes earlier.
As Isle of Wight Radio previously reported, a car and a bus collided on Park Road.
Southern Vectis said "a car pulled out from a road into a bus".
No one was seriously hurt, the bus firm said. One person sustained an injury.
Simon Moye, Southern Vectis operations manager, said:
“I can confirm there was an incident today in Park Road, Cowes, when a car pulled out from a side road into our bus. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries - although one of our passengers did sustain a minor knee injury.
"We wish them a full and speedy recovery, and would like to apologise for any inconvenience to our customers.”
Traffic in the area was busy for a time.
It is now flowing freely again.
