Beer Festival Returns To Newport's Quay Arts Centre

Quay Arts' popular Beer Festival will return to Newport this weekend, with live music and limited-time-only bespoke ales to enjoy.

On Saturday, October 9 and October, 10, Ale aficionados will be able to tuck in to exclusive bespoke ales, including Quay Arts' exclusive Amber Ale (5.3%) and Oatmeal Stout (4.6%).

Brewed by Island Ales and totally exclusive to Quay Arts, these delicious cask ales will be available for a limited period.

A range of other local ales will also be available throughout the event.

There will also be free live music in the cafe throughout the weekend with sets from the The Clacks Band at 3.30pm on the Saturday, as well as Bemis at 5.30pm and The Dance Preachers at 8pm.

On Sunday, visitors can listen to Red Sqwrl at 1pm and 2nd Time Around at 3.30pm.

The kitchen will be open all weekend, serving homemade stew and mash made using Quay Arts' bespoke ales.

There's free entry and no need to book.
